They are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws worldwide.

The Content and Marks are provided “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, transmitted, or exploited commercially without prior written permission from Treseva Hair.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes only, including downloading or printing Content you are authorized to access.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

Products

We strive to display product colors, features, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects true colors or details. All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Purchases and Payment

We accept payments via:

  • PayPal: Immediate payment, 5% service fee for credit card payments.

  • Wire Transfer: Takes 3-7 business days to process. Contact us for banking details.

  • Western Union: Usually processed within 2 business days.

  • MoneyGram: Usually processed within 2 business days.

You agree to provide accurate and current payment and account information and promptly update it when necessary. Prices exclude taxes; any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after payment.

We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion and refuse orders for any reason.

Return Policy

  • Stock Hair Systems: Full refund minus shipping if returned unused, uncolored, and uncut within 30 days.

  • Custom Hair Systems: Free repair, remake, or refund for production errors within 3 months. Cancelled custom orders receive 50% refund. Wrong custom orders are non-refundable but may be adjusted with extra charges.

  • Repair Orders: No refunds; must return within 30 days for adjustments.

  • Accessories: Must be returned unopened within 30 days for refund.

Shipping costs for returns are covered by Treseva Hair only if the return is due to our fault.

Rush Delivery Terms

Rush orders typically process in 6-8 weeks but exact times cannot be guaranteed. No refunds on rush fees for delays, though credits may be offered at our discretion for significant delays.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Collect data without permission or mislead users.

  • Interfere with Site security or functionality.

  • Upload harmful software or spam.

  • Impersonate others.

  • Circumvent access restrictions.

  • Engage in automated data scraping or purchase on behalf of others.

  • Use the Site to compete unfairly or collect users’ information for spam.

User Contributions

If you submit content to the Site (reviews, comments, images, etc.), you represent that you own or have rights to such content and it does not violate laws or third-party rights. You grant Treseva Hair a license to use and share your contributions in connection with the Site.
