1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Treseva Hair offers international shipping to most countries and regions via FedEx.

2. What are the shipping costs?

Free worldwide shipping on Treseva orders over $300 USD.

If the order value is less than $300 USD, a $15 USD shipping fee will apply.

For addresses classified as remote areas by DHL or FedEx, customers will be responsible for any additional charges if the shipping cost exceeds $15 USD. If this occurs, we will contact you via email at info@tresevahair.com


3. How long does it take to process an order?

4. How long does shipping take?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to COVID-19-related delays.

5. Can I update my shipping address?

  • If your order has not yet shipped, please contact Treseva Hair's support team or your sales representative as soon as possible to update your address.

  • If your order is already in transit, and was shipped via FedEx or UPS, we can attempt to reroute it for you. Please note this may incur additional charges.

6. Which carriers do you use?

FedEx is our standard shipping partner.
If you'd like to use another courier such as DHL, UPS, or EMS, please reach out to our customer support or your account manager, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.

7. What if I entered the wrong address?

  • Before shipping: Contact us right away—we’ll update it for you.

  • After shipping: We can request a reroute via FedEx or UPS, but additional fees may apply once rerouting is confirmed.

8. Who is responsible for customs and duties?

Treseva Hair does not cover any customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer and may vary by country.
