Treseva Hair Shipping Policy

At Treseva Hair, we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable shipping to customers around the globe. Our goal is to make sure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible after purchase. 1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Treseva Hair offers international shipping to most countries and regions via FedEx.

2. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping fee breakdown:

Up to 0.5kg $40 USD
0.5kg - 1kg $50 USD
1kg - 1.5kg $60 USD
1.5kg - 2kg $70 USD

For every additional 0.5kg over the base weight, an extra $10 will be added.


3. How long does it take to process an order?

  • Ready-to-ship stock items (hair systems & wigs): Ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Add-on services (like haircutting or base trimming): Please allow an extra 1–3 working days.

4. How long does shipping take?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to COVID-19-related delays.

5. Can I update my shipping address?

  • If your order has not yet shipped, please contact Treseva Hair's support team or your sales representative as soon as possible to update your address.

  • If your order is already in transit, and was shipped via FedEx or UPS, we can attempt to reroute it for you. Please note this may incur additional charges.

⚠️ Reminder: Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate. If you realize an error, contact us immediately. While we aim to process orders quickly, there is usually a brief window to make corrections.

6. Which carriers do you use?

FedEx is our standard shipping partner.
If you'd like to use another courier such as DHL, UPS, or EMS, please reach out to our customer support or your account manager, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.

7. What if I entered the wrong address?

  • Before shipping: Contact us right away—we’ll update it for you.

  • After shipping: We can request a reroute via FedEx or UPS, but additional fees may apply once rerouting is confirmed.

8. Who is responsible for customs and duties?

Treseva Hair does not cover any customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer and may vary by country.

9. What law applies to shipping disputes?

This shipping policy—and any dispute or claim related to it—is governed by the laws of China, without consideration of conflict-of-law principles.
