Treseva Hair Return & Exchange Policy
At Treseva Hair, we are dedicated to offering premium products and excellent service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase—whether the item arrived damaged, you ordered the wrong size, or it simply didn’t meet your expectations—you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.
Important Guidelines:

Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in original packaging).

Custom-made products, duplicate orders, and repair orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process
Step 1: Contact us via DM or email to request a return. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged.
Step 2: Our customer service team will review and approve your request. Once authorized, you’ll receive the return shipping address.
Step 3: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
Step 4: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
❗ Items that will not be approved for return: custom units, stock items that have been worn, altered, damaged, washed, or returned without original packaging.
Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact us via DM or email with your order number, exchange reason, and photos if relevant.
Step 2: After review, we’ll provide the return address for your item.
Step 3: We will inspect the product upon receipt to confirm it's eligible.
Step 4: If qualified, the replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
❗ The following cannot be exchanged: custom orders, duplicates, or stock items that have been altered, worn, washed, damaged, or are not in original condition.
Common Questions
1. Who covers the return shipping fee?

If the issue is our fault (wrong or damaged item), Treseva Hair will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference or error (wrong size, change of mind), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Can I return or exchange stock hair systems?
Yes, stock hair systems can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
3. Can I return or exchange custom hair systems?
Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, if there's an issue caused by us, we can remake, repair, or partially refund the item if you return it within 3 months of shipment.
If the error was on your part (e.g., wrong measurements), the unit cannot be refunded, but we can adjust it for an extra cost.
4. Do you refund repair orders?
No. Repair orders are non-refundable under all conditions.
However, if you're unhappy with the repair, we can help adjust the unit if returned within 30 days of receipt.
5. Can I return accessories or hair system supplies?
Yes. Accessories and supplies can be returned within 30 days.
For third-party items like glue or tape, the packaging must be unopened.
6. Can I cancel my order?

Stock orders: If not yet shipped, you may cancel by contacting us quickly. If already shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

Custom orders: If canceled before completion, you’ll receive a 50% refund to cover labor and materials.
7. How soon will I receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 3–5 business days after return approval.
8. How long will it take to receive an exchange item?
Replacements are shipped within 3–5 business days after approval. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
9. Is there a way to speed up the exchange?
Yes. If you need the replacement urgently, we suggest placing a new order immediately and returning the original item separately.
10. What if my return parcel is lost in transit?
We can only issue refunds or exchanges once the returned items are received. Treseva Hair is not liable for lost return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service.
